Our project architect and engineer work together making periodic site visits to perform on-site inspections. Our team reports all problems encountered during development progress and any needed corrective actions are taken. They also ensure that all completed work conforms to drawings and specifications on a weekly basis. Before handing over the house, the last aspect of our quality control program is the final inspection; field acceptance testing and start-up of the facility to ensure all functions are in perfect running order. Only when all is at it should be will we hand over the product to you.

Clear and Fair documentation!

We specify the quality and type of materials, especially for things such as floor tiles, bathroom fixtures and lighting fixture and you will be advised of what is included and what is excluded from the contract. Our construction contract specifies exactly what is and is not covered by the contract, material quality, approximate time schedule, payment schedule including penalties and guarantees. An example of our fair offer is that you will not be expected to pay anything until a significant milestone is reached and the amount you pay is consistent with the value of the work and materials you acquired!
